If you want to get a feel n touch of Chinese cuisine without burning a hole into your pocket Kim Fung is the place. Situated in Tarnaka, opposite NIN Hyderabad, is a tiny place with just 4 tables to seat around. Fortunately, unlike the place, menu is not so tiny. They offer a wide range of delicacies, and often referred to as one of the best Chinese restaurants in Hyderabad.

Chicken Coriander Soup is mildly spiced with small chicken pieces and fresh coriander leaves in it. Its veg counterpart is equally good. Veg Taulmein Soup has a lots of finely chopped veggies along with both red and green chilly flakes that give it a spicy punch.

Indian Chinese cannot be complete without our darling starters Chicken Lollipops for the non vegetarians and veg Manchurians for the vegetarians. Lollipops are  delicious small, fleshy chicken pieces, crunchy outside and soft, juicy inside. Vegetarians can go for spicy veg bites instead of Manchurian which are almost the same as a recipe. However they are extremely crispy, full of spices and outrageously tasty. The best I have had so far. A must try.

Noodles here are a bit thinner than what we get on roadside Chinese stalls and hence cooked perfectly. Chilly basil is again sharp in flavor and when coupled with sauces tastes best. Rice and other main course options too are satisfactory except the Jade rice we had which was not up to the mark. Not everything is good at every place. Perhaps that shouldn’t let down this amazing place in any way. And the long queue of people waiting to grab a table is a testimony of it being one of the best Chinese restaurants in Hyderabad.

Complementary :

The owner of the Restaurant is a sweet heart. You can seek her help to get more acquainted with the Menu and also check on what to order. I am sure she would suggest best options that suits your palate
